At B-Sure we pride ourselves on being a different kind of real estate agent. Every client is treated with the same personal care, whether you are buying or selling, we do our utmost to deliver exactly what you are looking for.
How it Works
After an initial discussion I meet with my clients at their homes, at the office or at a convenient location to discuss what they are looking for. We discuss the area, the type of property, the style, the plot & constructed size, how many bedrooms & bathrooms, desired views, consolidated or remote areas & their budget. They may have specific requests, for example the property must be on one level, have under floor heating, a lift, a large garden, near a golf course, panoramic views, front line beach, front line golf, walking distance to amenities, a heated swimming pool. Over the years many of my clients have ended up with completely different properties than when they started their search. Their views change the more properties they see. Once the criteria is established I start by taking the clients out to view the properties. There is no substitute for looking at properties together. I quickly learn my clients’ likes & dislikes.
Once I have established exactly what they are looking for I go out and source what they want. So no time is wasted I preview the properties.
I work closely with a selected professional group of Real Estate companies to find the right property. Usually we have a short list of 3-4 suitable properties. We keep our clients informed of the progress on a daily basis and send them the properties we feel will fit the criteria by email. Also we chat with them by telephone. I continue to preview and also accompany the clients to suitable homes until we find the right one.
In my experience clients only have to stand in the hall of a property to fall in love with it and say... this is the one. They know instantly if they like it. I also do not waste time viewing if they do not like the exterior of the home & the surroundings. Sometimes photos of homes in the brochure are completely different when viewed, which is the reason I preview first.
Once they have found the property I will negotiate the best possible price and terms of sale through the help of a network of tried and tested solicitors or abogados & surveyors. I will introduce them to good people within the banking & financial sector. People who have a proven track record over the years.
